Holiday Celebrations
Temple Adat Shalom has rich traditions for celebrating many Jewish holidays as a community. Here are a few of our congregants favorites:
- Passover: Each year, TAS hosts a Congregational Seder on the second night of Passover.
- Purim: A talented group of congregants puts on a Purimspiel with a different theme each year. Additionally, the annual Purim Carnival, sponsored by our Men's Club, is a highlight for many of the Mosad Shalom and Ganon Gil students.
- Shavuot: The 10th grade Confirmation class helps to lead our annual Shavuot service. This inspirational evening always brings hope that the next generation will continue to carry forward our shared values and sacred traditions.
- Chanukkah: Menorah Madness is a sight to behold! Everyone is invited to bring a Chanukiah, light the candles, and enjoy the incredible view.
