Volunteer Appreciation Erev Shabbat Services. Please join us as we honor both Allison Weisman & Mark Molbegott for their dedication to the Temple Adat Shalom community as we award them the Freda Heller Distinguished Service Award on Friday, March 24, 2023.

PLEASE ANSWER THE FOLLOWING:

• Do you have a new cough or shortness of breath or difficulty breathing?
• Do you have unexpected or out of the ordinary fatigue, muscle, body aches, or headache?
• Do you have a new loss of smell or taste?
• Do you have a sore throat, new or out of the ordinary nasal congestion or runny nose?
• Within the past 14 days, have you been in close physical contact (within 6 feet of the person with a cumulative total of 15 minutes or more over a 24-hour period) with anyone having symptoms of COVID-19?
• Are you, or anyone in your household, currently waiting for COVID-19 test results due to COVID related symptoms?
• Have you traveled internationally or been on a cruise ship within the last 10 days?

If you answered YES to any of the above questions, do not continue with this registration as you cannot enter this facility.

Note that masks are now optional for services in the Sanctuary.
