Join Cantor Lori Frank and Susan Lipson for an inspiring, participatory and exhilarating Shabbat morning experience filled with prayer and song on a beautiful trail. 

Limited, easy walking except one short, moderate climb  in the Blue Sky Ecological Reserve with plenty of stops along the way. The service will take approximately 
two hours from start to finish. 

Where: Gated entrance on the north side of Blue Sky Ecological Reserve in Poway. 

What to bring: Hat, sunscreen, plenty of water and walking stick (if needed). Trail shoes and layered clothing highly recommended! Trail is not paved.  Lightweight, portable beach chairs recommended for those who would prefer to sit along the way.
