Let’s Make Blintzes
Taught by Diane Hillman
In this prerecorded video, learn to make the blintz (the thin crepe), cheese filling variations, how to roll them and fry them. A special treat for breakfast, luncheon or dinner they can be frozen, then without defrosting fried right before serving. Great for a last minute “what can I make for dinner” decision. You will also learn to make a berry topping that can be, like blintzes, made in advance. The berry sauce can be stored in a sealed Mason jar in the refrigerator for a week. The video link, Zoom link and recipe will be emailed to you after you register.
