Fun with Leaves

Bring the kids in and learn classic leaf printing methods. All you’ll need is news print and ink and a roller. Learn about foraging for leaves and apps you can use to help you identify plants. Which side of the leaf makes a better print? (Hint: you decide). Watch a demonstration and then get to work! You can create cards or other objects that can be decorated with your prints. Learn about different printing presses as well as the easily-homemade walking press. Print on all types of paper and fabrics that you have. This is a beginner class.
