Erev Shabbat Red, White and Blue patriotic Shabbat with blessings for July birthdays and anniversaries.

Join us for a wine and cheese happy hour 5:45 - 6:15 pm.


Please answer the following:

  • Do  you have a new cough or shortness of breath or difficulty breathing?

  • Do you have unexpected or out of the ordinary fatigue, muscle, body aches, or headache?

  • Do you have a new loss of smell or taste?

  • Do you have a sore throat, new or out of the ordinary nasal congestion or runny nose?

  • Within the past 14 days, have you been in close physical contact (within 6 feet of the person with a cumulative total of 15 minutes or more over a 24-hour period) with anyone having symptoms of COVID-19?

  • Are you, or anyone in your household, currently waiting for COVID-19 test results due to COVID related symptoms?

  • Have you traveled international or been on a cruise ship within the last 10 days?

If you answered YES to any of the above questions, do not continue with this registration as you cannot enter this facility.

I have read these conditions for entering Temple Adat Shalom (TAS) and, by signing up to attend this service, I attest that I have been fully vaccinated (plus 2 weeks) and agree that I will comply with these conditions and hold TAS harmless should I become exposed to COVID-19.

Should I develop any symptoms within 3-5 days after this service, I will notify the Temple office for contact tracing:
