TAS is offering this one-time zoom program led by our VP of Religious Practice, Sarah Cardet, MSW.
Many of us are experiencing deep loneliness during these last six months. Because of COVID 19 isolation we may not have face to face access to our friends and loved ones. This isolation brings up other losses and griefs. The combination of grief, fear and loneliness can be unbearable. In addition to the fear of the future, this may trigger a spiraling down into mild depression.
We need to stay connected, and it is our responsibility to provide that connection for each other. We are (soon) in the month of Elul when it is a time of special closeness with God. Let’s restore closeness with each other and our congregation.
The Zoom link will be emailed to you upon registration.
