LET’S MAKE CHALLAH BREAD
Taught by Diane Hillman
Learn to make a traditional, six-braid challah that is sweet and delicious. You can use a bread machine to make the dough, or you can use a standing mixer with a dough hook or you can use a bowl and wooden spoon the way Grandma made it. You will learn how to knead, how to know when the dough is ready, how to braid, and how to know it is finished baking. Watch prerecorded video in advance of the live Zoom question-and-answer period. Video link, Zoom link and recipe will be emailed to you after you register.
