Come Home to Temple Adat Shalom for the High Holy Days

Wishing you a Sweet and Happy New Year!

L'Shanah Tova Tikatevu! Happy New Year!

Are you looking for a place to celebrate the New Year? Your friends at Temple Adat Shalom wish you a sweet, healthy, and happy 5780, and we invite you to celebrate the High Holy Days with us. Service times will be provided to Temple Adat Shalom members and those who obtain tickets through our Temple Office.

Like other congregations, we require tickets to attend Evening and Morning Rosh Hashanah services as well as Kol Nidre and morning Yom Kippur services. All other services are open to the community.

Tickets are available from our Temple Office, and are complimentary for active military, currently enrolled college students, and those who are members of other congregations but in San Diego for the holidays. Tickets for non-members cost $180 per adult per holiday ($360 to attend both Rosh Hoshanah and Yom Kippur tickets). Tickets for family members of Temple Adat Shalom members cost $90 per adult. Call 858.451.1200, email us, or stop by the Temple office to purchase tickets.

For services that are listed as "FREE, reservation required," please call the Temple Office at 858.451.1200 to make a reservation if you are not a Temple member.

Are you thinking about joining Temple Adat Shalom as a member? Get to know us over the holidays, and apply what you've paid for High Holy Day tickets toward the cost of membership! Email our Membership Committee here.

For Selichot, we'll be presenting outstanding Klezmer musician Yale Strom’s documentary film, “A Great Day on Eldridge Street”, followed by a question-and-answer period, and concluding with Strom in concert with bass player, Gunnar Biggs. Following will be a dessert reception and Selichot service including meaningful prayers of healing conducted by Rabbi David Castiglione and Cantor Lori Frank in the sanctuary.
