North County Inland Senior Center

The North County Inland Senior Center, a program of Jewish Family Service, has relocated to 15905 Pomerado Rd. in Poway at Temple Adat Shalom. The Senior Center provides important programming to seniors throughout the entire Jewish community.

The North County Inland Senior Center allows older adults/seniors to exercise their mind, body & spirit through a wide range of creative programming. Open Mondays and Wednesdays from 9:45 am - 2:00 pm, the Center regularly features a caring staff, Feeling Fit Club Exercise, Kosher lunch, and roundtrip transportation (for a modest fee).
