What is a Chavurah?
A chavurah is a small, informal group of families, couples, or individuals who share common interests. The group meets together on a regular basis and each group defines its own goals. It is an easy and informal way to develop close, wonderful relationships and thus support the Temple. The word Chavurah or Chevreh comes from the Hebrew word chaver, meaning friend.

The Chavurah committee is forming Temple Activity Groups (TAGÕs) that provide a forum for members with like hobbies and interests to join together. The first two groups are Bridge playing and Scrapbooking.
